LoVa will plan and promote the development and use of non-motorized transportation and recreational trails and other designated routes connecting communities and destinations in Garfield County along the Colorado River corridor.

Simultaneously, LoVa will pursue stewardship of the River Valley as a continuous scenic and natural resource corridor that integrates and respects existing rights and uses.
